Our Returns Policy

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Request a return

Before sending a item back please email us at sales@peakconcepts.com.au to request a return.

Depending on the circumstances in line with our policies, this could be a refund, replacement, repairs, credit, partial credit, or refusal. We always endeavour to work out a solution that you are happy with.

If required, we will advise you to return the item via tracked postage or courier. Please note that without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by email at sales@peakconcepts.com.au and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Peak Concepts reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature and circumstances of the claim.

Exclusions

The following items may not be returned/refunded under this policy:

  • Items that have been used (unless faulty)
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Items that are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any custom/personalised item made to order once the design has been approved
